Collaborate with the SENDCo and multidisciplinary teams to fulfill EHCP outcomes effectively. Guide, deploy, and mentor classroom support staff to ensure safe, inclusive learning environments. Use positive behaviour management and low-arousal strategies to maintain an encouraging workspace.
