Job Title: HR AdministratorLocation: LeedsSalary: Up to 26,000Reports to: HR ManagerWorking Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days in the office following successful completion of probationOverview We are pleased to be supporting our client in the search for an HR Administrator to join their Leeds-based team.This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support the HR function, with particular responsibility for managing pre-employment screening and providing efficient administrative support across the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Manage all pre-employment screening and compliance checks for new startersMaintain accurate employee records and update the HR systemProduce offer letters, employment contracts, and contractual change documentationSupport onboarding and induction administrationAssist with recruitment coordination where requiredRespond to general HR queries in a professional and timely mannerProvide wider administrative support to the HR team as required Skills and Experience Previous HR administration experience desirable but not essentialStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentConfident communicator with a professional and customer-focused approachWell organised with strong administrative capabilityTeam player with a proactive, "can do" attitudeFor further details please contact Alice Connors on (phone number removed).
