They are expanding the service and support team and are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join them.Role DescriptionAs a Field Service Engineer with UPS Knowledge, you will be essential in maintaining the reliability of critical power systems. Your duties will encompass commissioning, maintenance, servicing, and repairing various uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. You will work in critical power environments, including airports, hospitals, data centres and educational institutions, showcasing excellent communication skills and taking full responsibility for your tasks.Key Responsibilities:Conduct Start-up/Commissioning, Preventative Maintenance (AC, DC, and SNMP Cards), and Corrective/Unscheduled Maintenance on various UPS equipment.Lead critical power projects and collaborate closely with our sales team.Provide support to customers and internal teams (Sales, Admin, and Operations).Ensure adherence to the guidelines and standards expected.Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour in line with client and company expectations.Lead by example: Follow all company rules and regulations, comply with site regulations, and protect company property.Attend all required training courses and ..... full job details .....
