Under a multi-build registration with Ofsted, we will be providing four small homes on the same site caring for up to 6 children in total between the ages of 7 and 17 years old. This aligns with the increasing need for small, specialised settings for children with complex needs, who may have experienced significant trauma. This position offers an ideal opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker to develop their skills and experience. There will be huge opportunities for this role to progress quite quickly with the service for the right person.
