A well-established manufacturing business based in Rochdale is seeking an Interim Finance Director to support the business through a critical 8-month period. This is a hands-on leadership role, taking full ownership of the finance function while partnering closely with the MD and senior leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Full responsibility for the finance function (financial control, reporting, cashflow) Lead and develop an on-site finance team Own budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management Support operational decision-making in a manufacturing environment Improve financial processes, controls and MI Act as a strategic partner to the MD and Board Liaise with external stakeholders (auditors, banks, advisors) Required Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Director / Senior Finance Lead Strong background in manufacturing or industrial environments Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on level Experience leading teams and driving change Immediately available or short notice preferred The Offer: £650 per day 8-month contract Rochdale-based manufacturing site Opportunity to make a genuine impact in a commercially driven business ..... full job details .....
