Description

• Process daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, staff expenses, and bank payments with accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as the primary contact for finance-related queries across the studio.
• Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow Forecast.
• Reconcile monthly Balance Sheet items and explain variances against targets.
• Analyze client financial data to support profitability and provide strategic insights.
• Collaborate with teams to improve financial understanding and decision-making.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process and monitor performance throughout the year.
• Identify and flag budget variances early, proposing corrective actions.
• Maintain financial controls to prevent errors and fraud.
• Manage payroll, VAT submissions, and year-end accounts.
• Ensure all financial reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations
