We are looking for a passionate and experienced Warehouse Manager to join a top removals firm in North West London. This is an amazing opportunity for a dedicated expert to oversee warehouse operations in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining efficiency, organisation, and high levels of service in the removals sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist the Operations Manager in managing daily warehouse operations.

Oversee the proper reception, storage, and dispatch of products.

Supervise and support warehouse employees, offering training and direction as needed.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.

Implement and enforce health and safety policies, with frequent assessments.

Plan and organise deliveries and collections to ensure that clients\'' deadlines are met.

Keep the warehouse clean and organised.

Help to prepare reports and other administrative chores.

Handle client enquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Identify areas for operational improvement and propose solutions.

Maintain compliance with industry regulations and corporate policy.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline warehouse processes.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a warehouse, preferably in the removals business.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
