The Estimator role is to prepare tender documentation, managing projects and be the main point of contact for clients£60,000 - £70,000Free parkingOffice basedEstimator responsibilities:As the Estimator you will take the lead on estimating, processing and preparing tender documentation.Managing the tender bid process from enquiry through to submissionReviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentationProducing accurate and detailed cost estimatesLiaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotationsIdentifying value engineering opportunities and commercial advantagesAssessing project risks and opportunitiesSupporting procurement activities and attending pre-contract meetingsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and supply chain partnersEstimator key skills:Minimum of 3 years experienceRecently qualified or working toward qualification in an estimation role desirable or associated building services qualifications (HNC/HND)Experience in estimating either mechanical or electrical projectsStrong IT skills, particularly Microsoft OfficeSelf-motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic towards their career and developmentApply ..... full job details .....
