Residential Conveyancer

to join their established property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancer who wants to work in a collaborative, well-structured environment with a

You’ll be responsible for managing a

caseload of residential conveyancing matters

from instruction to completion. Work will include:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesTransfers of equityRemortgagesNew build transactionsShared ownershipYou’ll be supported by a strong administrative team, allowing you to focus on technical quality and client care.About You

We’re looking for a conveyancer with:Experience running a

full conveyancing caseload independentlyStrong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finishGreat client service skills and a proactive approachYou may be a

Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive , or an experienced fee earner with equivalent experienceWhat’s on Offer
