Telesales Executive - service contracts Location: Nottingham The Role of Telesales Executive This is an office based telesales role work as part of a dynamic sociable team. Office hours are 8am-5pm You will be responsible for speaking to clients over the phone, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities. This role is a mixture of business development outbound calls as well as handling incoming enquires. You will be tasked with making calls from the company''s CRM system approaching small to medium sized customers selling commercial waste service contracts. This is an entry / early career role where the Telesales Sales Executive will benefit from full training As Telesales Sales Executive you will make out bound calls to SME (small and medium sized businesses) uncovering customer needs and selling the features and benefits You will use your relationship building skills to development relationships with decision makers who are typically business owners / managers. You will be provided customer details via a CRM which will will use to help organise you and update accordingly.
