We''re looking for a Cluster Team Manager to oversee high-quality supported living services for adults with learning disabilities in Birmingham. 30,000 per annum37.5 hours per week (rota-based shifts, including nights and weekends)Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of Support Workers, ensuring exceptional, person-centred care. Work alongside the Area Registered Manager to maintain high standards of support and compliance. Promote independence and wellbeing for adults with complex needs, including autism and behavioural challenges. Manage rotas, records, and day-to-day operations across multiple services. Act as a role model, championing best practices in safeguarding and positive behaviour support. Spend at least 1 day per week directly supporting individuals, balancing hands-on care with leadership duties. Work flexibly across a 24/7 rota, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays. Collaborate with senior staff to create a cohesive, motivated team.Essential Criteria: Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism (complex needs preferred). Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or commitment to complete within 18 months).
