This role is suitable for a marketing professional with a proven track record in recruitment or property sectors. Coming from any sector will be considered, but recruitment experience aligns well with Property Investment, and marketing experience within property is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Design and create marketing materials such as property brochures and development information packs.
Manage the marketing department, including mentoring the team and recruiting new members as needed.
Ensure inter-department collaboration to maximise content quality and reach the correct target market.
Plan and implement effective marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
Optimise website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Manage paid advertising campaigns to maximise ROI and reach target audiences.
Create compelling blog content and manage social media platforms to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
Prepare detailed proposals for client meetings, showcasing the firm’s value proposition and offerings.
Essential Skills and Experience
Demonstrable experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the recruitment or property sectors.
Proficiency in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce engaging and informative content.
Proven ability to manage social media accounts and grow online presence.
Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals.
