The Role As a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning activities. Support children across the Reception classroom with their learning and development. Provide targeted one-to-one and small-group support where required. Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment. Support children s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development through play and structured activities. Encourage independence, confidence and positive behaviour. Observe and monitor children s progress and provide feedback to the class teacher. Support classroom routines and assist with preparing learning resources. Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.
