Description

Accounts Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Processing Purchase and Sales Ledger invoices
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Resolving invoice queries in a timely manner
• Assisting with the processing of payments and transactions
• Managing Purchase Ledger
• Supporting with month end activities (accruals and prepayments)
• Posting journals
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Adhoc duties that may be required

Profile

The successful Accounts Assistant:

• Able to commute to our client''s office in Long Eaton
• Experience in a similar Accounts Assistant positions
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to manage workload effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
