They offer preconstruction/tender planning, contract delivery support and dispute resolution services. They are cash rich, make good margins so are secure and can offer long term security. The Role: They are now in a position to add to their small Planning team due to growth. Projects they work on are with Public and Private Sector clients and across multiple sectors typically valued from £50 Million to £Hundreds of Millions. Reporting in to the Planning lead you''ll be involved in both tender and contract planning with typical duties including; Analyse construction methodologies looking for areas of improvement. Liaise with the Client and their representatives on planning matters (often via Teams) Prepare tender programmes. Attend client interviews and meetings where you will explain programmes and methodology. Prepare master programmes, updating progress and forecasting completions.
