About The Role

We’re recruiting a part-time Support Worker (29 hours) to join our dedicated team at Clouds House, Wiltshire. Working within our fully integrated One Team model, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, structured and recovery-focused residential environment that supports clients on their journey to lasting change.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with the Support Worker Team Leader and wider multidisciplinary team, helping to deliver a therapeutic programme built around 12-Step recovery principles and trauma-informed care.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting clients with daily routines, communal living and programme engagement
Promoting a safe, respectful and structured residential environment
Monitoring wellbeing and escalating safeguarding or welfare concerns promptly
Supporting medication administration processes (training provided where needed)
Keeping accurate records and documentation
Taking part in handovers, meetings and continuous improvement activity
Responding professionally to incidents, complaints and client needs
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in health, social care, residential or recovery settings
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Calm, professional and emotionally resilient approach
Understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
Organised with good attention to detail
Passion for helping others and working as part of a team
Desirable:
Experience in addiction services
Knowledge of 12-Step recovery models
Mental health awareness training
Full UK driving licence
