Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapeutic care and support to residents with Autism and complex needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a social care setting
  • Empathetic, caring, and resilient work approach
  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to fund practical training (e.g., Manual Handling, Buccal, PBM) if not already completed
  • Willingness to undertake online training at no cost
