Berkeley Scott, the countryandrsquo;s leading hospitality agency is looking for a Chef Manager to work with one of our clients within our education division in West London.

We are looking for dedicated and hard-working individuals to manage a team, feeding up to 150 students and teachers per day.

Term time hours will be 9am-3pm, Monday to Friday.

This is a temp to perm position, temp rate andpound;20 per hour.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing a team of up to 3-4 people
• Feeding up to 150 students and teachers per day
• Managing HR matters, rotas and training
• Cooking and preparing nutritious meals en masse
• Creating menus within regulations and being hyper aware of allergens
• Liaising with school staff
• Monitoring and being responsible for budgets
• Managing and ordering stock
• Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed in timely and acceptable manner

To work for us in one of our Schools/ Care homes you will need:

• Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child workforce)
• RTW in UK
• 2x Employment References
• 2 yearsandrsquo; minimum work experience in similar environment as a Chef
• Food and Safety Certificates (including Level 3 Food Safety Certificate)
• Excellent time keeping skills
