Senior AV Engineer

The Role

As a Senior AV Engineer, you''ll take the lead on delivering high spec AV and smart home installations, ensuring flawless performance, sleek integration, and world-class client experiences. You''ll be responsible for both installation and servicing, making sure systems perform to the highest standard long after handover.

Your role will include:Installing and commissioning home cinemas, distributed audio, and video systemsProgramming and servicing home automation systems (Control4, Lutron, Crestron, Savant)Rack building and wiring to the highest industry standardsPrecision cable termination and system integrationIntegrating lighting, blinds, and shading into AV/Control systemsTroubleshooting, fault-finding, and providing ongoing maintenance supportCollaborating with designers, project managers, and fellow engineers to deliver exceptional results

About YouProven experience installing and servicing home automation systems in luxury residential projectsIdeally Control4 and/or Lutron certified (other controls experience highly desirable: Crestron, Savant)Strong rack build and cable termination skillsSkilled in system programming and commissioningA problem-solver with strong technical acumen and attention to detailAble to liaise confidently with high-end clients and contractorsFull UK driving licence
