SEN Teaching Assistant Lambeth September 2026 Start Full-Time Long-Term and Permanent Opportunities Available Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs and helping them achieve their full potential? We are working with a number of inclusive and supportive secondary schools across Lambeth seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to provide classroom and pastoral support to students with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language needs, SEMH and moderate learning difficulties. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants, graduates considering a career in education, psychology or social work, and individuals with relevant experience supporting young people. The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with additional learning needs Support teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons Help students access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals Assist with the implementation of EHCPs and targeted interventions Support students'' social, emotional and behavioural development Encourage confidence, independence and engagement in learning Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs and external professionals The Ideal Candidate We are looking for individuals who: Have experience supporting children or young people with SEN in an educational, care or support setting Are patient, empathetic and resilient ..... full job details .....
