In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for handling workplace concerns, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. You will provide policy guidance, ensure fair and consistent practices, and help foster a respectful and compliant work environment.The successful candidate will be experienced in conducting thorough investigations into complex employee matters and adept at using HR case data to identify patterns and recommend process improvements. You will work closely with leadership teams to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, offering coaching and strategic advice aligned with organizational goals.
