You''ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and costing through to detailed design and verification of retaining solutions. Responsibilities: Interpret ground investigation data and drawings to produce design reports. Use modelling software to validate designs. Work with the technical team to develop solutions and CAD details. Assess commercial impacts of designs. Provide geotechnical advice to teams and clients. Liaise with clients and coordinate site testing. Carry out site visits to confirm ground models and quality standards. Support and train junior engineers.Key Skills and Experience: Degree in Geology or Civil Engineering, plus MSc in Geotechnical Engineering or Engineering Geology. Chartered or near chartership. 5+ years'' experience in geotechnical or civil engineering. Skilled in Geo5 and AutoCAD. Strong understanding of ground investigation, geotechnical properties, and report writing. Knowledge of Eurocode/British Standards for retaining wall design.
