Working as part of a team, the role encompasses all aspects of accountancy, including, monthly accounts, bank reconciliations, assistance with monthly salaries, and several adhoc reporting requirements. Month end routines are a key part of the role along with liaising with the senior management team. Also supporting the Head Office admin team and the various teams around the UK is an important part of the role.THE ROLE: Assistance with preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.Assistance with preparation of Year End and Liaising with Auditors. Daily Bank Reconciliations of UK Bank Accounts. Bank payments (suppliers/adhoc) and Supplier payment runs. Ensure suppliers are paid in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply of goods. VAT Returns. General support for Sage Users/IT Users. Supervising the processing of weekly and monthly salary information inc CIS Returns. Supervising the processing of weekly and monthly Pension Information. Preparation of National Statistics forms.Administration of Credit Cards, updating limits etc. Administration of mobile phones, which includes, ordering new phones, processing monthly invoices, and general support for users. Production of various adhoc reports Month End Routine. THE CANDIDATE:Experience in management accounting practices and principles.Good communication skills. Good time management skills.
