Description

• Process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate coding and approval in line with company policy.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare payment runs (BACS/cheques) and ensure suppliers are paid within agreed terms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP ledgers.
• Raise and issue customer invoices for service, installation, and maintenance contracts.
• Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring payments are received on time.
• Chase outstanding debts professionally, maintaining good client relationships.
• Provide monthly AR ageing reports to management.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash processing.
• Support month-end close, including accruals and journal postings and supporting the wider accountancy department
