This is a unique opportunity to lead organisation-wide talent attraction and workforce planning strategies while playing a pivotal role in the implementation of our next-generation People/HR Information System (HRIS). About the Role Reporting to the Assistant Director of People, you will provide strategic leadership in the design, delivery and implementation of talent attraction campaigns informed by strategic workforce development plans. You will ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time, whilst bringing innovation, creativity and commercial insight to our recruitment and resourcing approaches. You will also lead the scoping, procurement and implementation of our new HRIS, ensuring it delivers improved automation, enhanced candidate and employee experiences, stronger data insights and greater organisational efficiency.
