HR Advisor/Manager Warwick £38,000 - £42,000 Full driving licence is required Would you like to work for a consultancy where you will be getting regular exposure to a variety of ER matters within a large range of different companies and industries? We are looking for a HR Advisor/Manager to join and compliment a small team of HR professional within a successful growing outsource business. Based in Warwick with an option for some hybrid working you will be responsible for managing client relationships and the delivery of day to day queries on all aspects of human resources, attending meetings on client sites as appropriate and helping to grow the business. This is a busy and varied role within a growing business which will require a degree of flexibility and a willingness to travel (usually with the Midlands region, but occasionally further afield), with the opportunity for career progression. Main duties Telephone response to answer incoming calls, and to provide HR advice. Providing an exceptional, timely HR service to our clients offering practical, user friendly advice. Attending and leading ER meetings alongside and on behalf of clients. Drafting bespoke letters, policies, contracts of employment and handbooks for our clients, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
