The Role

As a Graduate SEN TA, you will:

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN.
• Assist with classroom lessons, interventions and learning activities.
• Encourage pupils to develop confidence and independence.
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement.
• Build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Work alongside teachers and SEN professionals to support individual needs.

About You
