Electrician x2 – Social Housing

Location: Merseyside & Surrounding Areas

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established property maintenance contractor for 2 experienced Electricians to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a portfolio of social housing properties, carrying out a variety of electrical maintenance, repairs and installation works. The successful candidates will be provided with a company van and fuel card, allowing them to travel between sites efficiently.

• Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance and installation works within occupied and void social housing properties.

• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults.

• Complete testing and inspection where required.

• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with current regulations.

• Deliver excellent customer service while working within residents' homes.

• Accurately complete job reports and associated paperwork.

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

• ECS/CSCS Card.

• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Previous experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance is desirable.

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Company van and fuel card.

• Ongoing, secure work with an established contractor.
