This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and friendly team.As Private Patient Coordinator, you will support Self-Pay patient enquiries at either enquiry, outpatient or in care stage as well as providing the support for patients with private medical insurance. The role will support the conversion warm leads into appointments and admissions in order to meet key performance targets whilst delivering our Purpose of providing ''outstanding personalised care.''Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):- Manage in bound Self-Pay patient enquiries, in person, over the telephone and online/email, from initial enquiry through to booking by providing a timely and conscientious service- Through a consultative approach proactively convert patients post consultation to imaging, physiotherapy or surgical admission depending on their need ensuring patients get the treatment they need within the Spire network- Support Patient Service Centres at peak times specifically with the follow up of quotes- Communicate clearly and effectively with prospective patients via telephone and email, to provide information regarding pricing, procedures, consultants, availability taking bookings and payments where appropriate- Work with closely with consultants and medical ..... full job details .....
