You''ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving learning content, knowledge repositories, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to support continuous learning across the business. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the Landamp;D knowledge management strategy. Manage and maintain learning platforms and knowledge repositories. Map learning content to key skills and support the annual learning curriculum. Promote knowledge sharing through workshops, training, and collaboration. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and curate learning content. Monitor engagement and performance, using data to drive continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, Landamp;D, and the wider business. Requirements Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years'' experience in Learning andamp; Development, knowledge management, or a similar role.
