As a Head of Property Management, you\''ll take on a leadership role overseeing and supporting a team of Property Managers to ensure all core processes are followed and service levels are consistently high. You’ll be responsible for mentoring team members, coordinating workloads, arranging training, and ensuring compliance with the latest property legislation.The Package

Support Property Managers across the lettings departmentMonitor property management processes to ensure compliance with core proceduresArrange training for new and current staff to achieve required competency levelsConduct regular meetings with Property ManagersKeep Property Managers up to date with latest Fire and Safety legislationMonitor Branch Organiser to ensure all tasks are covered and no errors remainBalance PM workloads and provide adequate cover across defined areasReview and sign off project management tasksOversee TDS deposit disbursement and ending registrationReview TDS disputes prior to adjudicationConduct quarterly reviews for Property Managers alongside Managing DirectorReview and resolve complaints prior to escalationThe Person
Previous experience as a Senior Property Manager (required)Customer-focused with experience in a service-oriented environmentStrong administrative and IT skills and high attention to detailExperience supporting or mentoring colleaguesAble to manage multiple priorities and balance workloadsPositive, approachable, and proactive in a team environmentARLA or property related qualification is idealSeniority level
