Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries professionally. Refine and improve existing administrative systems and processes. Support the wider team with general office administration. Maintain document control procedures and ensure version control across project documentation. Assist with project administration as required. About You Previous experience as a Document Controller or Administrator within the construction industry is essential. Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Experience using QuickBooks is highly desirable. Experience managing documents using Dropbox is highly desirable.
