You will be instrumental in shaping project success from inception to contract signing.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the entire pre-construction process for multiple complex commercial fit-out projects.Develop comprehensive, accurate, and competitive cost analyses (CSAs) and tender submissions.Work collaboratively with design, estimating, and project teams to ensure seamless coordination and cost alignment from client appointment.Source and analyse tender returns, ensuring competitive rates and compliance.Act as the primary point of contact for client pre-construction queries, providing detailed reports and supporting documentation.Prepare and negotiate Pre-Construction Service Agreements (PCSA) and Letters of Intent (LOI).Oversee design coordination, including liaison with landlord incumbent contractors and client direct suppliers.Develop robust pre-construction and construction programmes, highlighting key dates and ..... full job details .....
