Job Title: Procurement AdministratorJob Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to support the procurement team with administrative tasks, supplier coordination, and purchasing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Answering and screening callsSetting up meetings, ordering and collecting refreshmentsGeneral admin including printing, binding, scanning and laminatingTaking/distributing deliveriesMaintaining purchasing mailboxBooking travel and accommodation and managing expensesAll material orderingRaising purchase orders on internal systemChecking and ordering stationary for Head OfficeChecking and ordering PPEMeeting suppliers and negotiating ratesMaintaining welfare and stock of Head OfficeOrdering/managing all plant, hire and equipmentMaintain and update procurement databases, contracts, and supplier information.Support cost analysis and budget tracking for procurement activities.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.Collaborate with internal teams to meet purchasing needs and deadlines.Requirements:Previous experience in a procurement, purchasing, or administrative role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Switchboard and reception skilllsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
