Data Services and Reporting

(DSandR) team. The role is based from our Crewe head office site on a hybrid working pattern (3 days per week on site).DSandR is the engine room of Radius. You''ll be designing and building scalable data pipelines, transforming raw data into actionable insights, and shaping the architecture that powers decision-making across all 8 divisions of Radius globally. Build and deliver robust, scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL.Model and transform data in Databricks, AWS Redshift, and other modern platforms.Integrate new systems into our Group Data Warehouse, enabling faster, smarter insights.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data solutions that drive value.Support and evolve our data platform capabilities, including AI/ML foundations.Participate in our Data Service Desk rota, offering quick dev support and advice to business teams.What You''ll Bring

3+ years of commercial experience in cloud-based data engineering.Strong coding skills in Python and SQLExperience with Databricks, AWS Lambda, Glue, and Redshift.Bonus points for experience with dbt, orchestration tools, data cataloguing, and AI/ML data prep.A curious, analytical mindset with a passion for solving real business problems.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to guide stakeholders from partial requirements to fully formed solutions.Qualifications
