Our client has secured a major long-term programme of infrastructure work with Northumbrian Water, over the next 15 years. As part of this, they''re looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.Responsibilities

Manage all commercial aspects of assigned projectsPrepare and review applications for payment and contract noticesTrack variations, claims, and cost forecastsSupport procurement and supply chain managementProvide contractual advice and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresWork closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholdersQualifications

Strong experience in a commercial role within civil engineeringExcellent knowledge of contracts, cost control, and reportingGreat communication and negotiation skills
