Primary SEN Learning Support Assistant
Location: Rushden | Salary: -95105 per day | Term-Time Only | Full-Time

TimePlan Education is working in partnership with this highly taught after mainstream Primary school to recruit a committed and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to support children with additional needs across the primary age range.

This is a full-time, term-time only role, offering a rewarding opportunity to gain vital experience working with challenging behaviour and supporting pupils who require tailored emotional and academic guidance.

• Start Date: September 2025

• Hours: Monday-Friday, school hours

• Salary: -95105 per day (depending on experience and skillset)

• Contract: Full-time, long-term

You will be working closely with teachers and the wider inclusion team to support children with additional needs in the classroom, helping them to access the curriculum and thrive in a positive learning environment.

• Experience working with children with challenging behaviour

• Confidence in supporting primary-aged pupils

• A firm but nurturing approach to behaviour management

• Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse needs

• A genuine passion for supporting children''s development and wellbeing
