An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join an award-winning, multi-disciplinary engineering and sustainability consultancy that delivers projects across the UK and Europe. With expertise spanning civil, structural, geo-environmental and sustainability services, the business is experiencing significant growth and is now establishing a new geo team in London.

As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will play a key role in building and developing the geotechnical capability within the London office. You will lead and manage ground investigations, undertake geotechnical assessments, provide foundation and earthworks recommendations, prepare technical reports, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and support the delivery of complex development projects across sectors including industrial, logistics, commercial, residential and infrastructure.

To be considered for this Senior Geotechnical Engineer position, you should have:

• Proven experience as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer or similar role

• Strong knowledge of ground investigations, geotechnical design and reporting

• Experience managing projects and client relationships

• Degree qualified in Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology or a related discipline

• Full UK driving licence

• Full right to work in the UK

• Be living within a commutable distance of the London office

• Excellent communication and technical skills
