In this role, you''ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of electrical systems including distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and building services equipment, while also gaining exposure to mechanical systems and broader facilities maintenance.

The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified electrician with an NVQ level 3 and AM2 qualification

The Role:
*Days based role Monday to Friday- 37 hours a week
*Planned and reactive maintenance across electrical building services
*Working on lighting, power, fire alarms, and control systems
*Fault finding, testing, and repair of electrical systems
*Supporting small installation and refurbishment projects
*Exposure to mechanical systems and broader building services
*Working across a high-quality, well-maintained estate

The Person:
*NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
*AM2 qualified
*Recently completed apprenticeship or early career electrician
*Keen to move into a more structured, stable environment
*Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and develop
