Ensure all queries are discussed with the client and key risk areas, or unresolved matters are brought to the client managers or partner attention. Chasing clients where necessary to ensure jobs are progressed timely and efficiently once records have been received. Ensure the client control schedule has been updated accurately at all stages of the assignment, from the receipt of client records through to job completion.Staff responsibilities - motivate and train junior members of staff.
