Ensure all queries are discussed with the client and key risk areas, or unresolved matters are brought to the client managers or partner attention. Communicating directly with partners and support staff on all matters.Assist in job planning and workflow of accounts and audit work. Chasing clients where necessary to ensure jobs are progressed timely and efficiently once records have been received. Ensure the client control schedule has been updated accurately at all stages of the assignment, from the receipt of client records through to job completion.Staff responsibilities - motivate and train junior members of staff. Keep key staff informed when cover required due to study or holiday leave to ensure a seamless service is given to accounts and audit clients.Assist with pre audit planning with manager and partner.
