An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Accounts Manager to join our client in their construction business.This is an excellent opportunity for a detailed orientated and proactive individual to support the finance operations and contribute to the smooth running of the accounts department. Reporting to senior managers you will be responsible for:Processing invoices, payments and receipts accurately and in a timely mannerManaging purchase ledger and sales ledger transactionsReconciling supplier statements and bank accountsAssisting with payroll preparation and CIS submissionsPreparing financial reports and supporting month end processesLiaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams regarding account queriesGeneral administrative duties to support the finance departmentTo be considered for this role you will need previous experience in an accounts/finance role and:Proficiency in SAGE Strong attention to detailMicrosoft office, particularly ExcelWorking hours are: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm If you an experienced Accounts administrator with a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, we would love to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
