Main areas of responsibility: Lead, manage and develop a team of People Partners Drive the implementation of people and culture strategies Lead employee relations casework, including complex or escalated matters Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing across all workstreams Collaborate on policy development and the change management process Act as a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders Deliver meaningful insights from workforce data to support decision-making Required Skills and Desired Experience: MCIPD or equivalent relevant professional qualification Significant experience in leading HR functions and delivering strategic outcomes Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policy Influence and implement initiatives that shape organisational culture, behaviours and values Experience handling complex HR casework, including employment tribunals Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills at senior level Strong analytical ability and sound judgement in complex situations A ..... full job details .....
