The role involves managing customer relationships and overseeing the full order process from initial enquiry through to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers via email and internal systemsManage end-to-end order processing, including amendments, rescheduling, returns, and repairsRespond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on order statusLiaise with internal departments such as Production and Purchasing to ensure on-time deliveryMonitor and update order schedules, escalating any issues where necessaryMaintain accurate records across systems (pricing, quotations, customer data, BOMs, and drawings)Prepare and update customer quotations and support RFQsRaise credit and debit notes where requiredReview and manage the customer order book, ensuring all changes are communicated effectivelySupport stock takes, audits, and sales forecasting activitiesAttend production meetings and contribute to operational planningIdentify potential issues and propose solutions to improve customer satisfaction and efficiencySkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a customer service or sales support roleStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident communicator with the ability to ..... full job details .....
