We are seeking a commercially minded and analytically strong Fully Remote FPandA Manager to join a rapidly growing, PE-backed company on 6 x months interim basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, dynamic environment and is excited to play a pivotal role in FPandA and process improvement.Key Responsibilities:Support and help drive the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring robust financial input and collaboration across the business.Develop and maintain robust cash flow forecasting models and scenario analysis.Partner with senior stakeholders across departments to provide clear financial insights, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision-making.Build and continuously improve management reporting and KPI dashboards that provide actionable insights.Analyse monthly performance against budget/forecast, identify variances, and provide commentary and recommendations.Implement and enhance financial models and tools, particularly in Excel or related BI/reporting systems.Support ad hoc strategic and commercial analysis as required.Assist in automating and improving the reporting process and controls around data accuracy.Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and systems implementation as required.Skills and Experience Required:Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 3+ years post-qualification experience in FPandAExperience in a similar role e,g FPandA ManagerStrong understanding of financial ..... full job details .....
