we’re looking for a

quality manager

with solid

food technical experience

to join our central production unit (cpu) in

east acton, london . if you’re passionate about food safety, love a good process, and want to be part of something meaningful - this could be your next big move

your purpose

you’ll be the guardian of quality at our cpu - making sure every ingredient, every process, and every product meets wagamama’s high standards. from food safety to supplier checks, you’ll help us deliver nourishment that’s not just delicious, but safe, consistent + full of soul

what you’ll be doing

lead our quality management system + make sure we’re always audit-ready

define product + process specs, and challenge the status quo when needed

support new product development (npd) with your food tech know-how

maintain third-party accreditations (hello, brc grade a!)

monitor customer feedback + complaints - and turn insights into action

be our go-to expert on food safety, legislation + quality assurance

audit, inspect + keep our systems sharp

ensure all suppliers are up to scratch + fully certified

spot risks in the supply chain before they become problems

champion best practice + help us grow stronger every day

what we’re looking for

proven experience in a food technical or quality assurance role

(this is a must!)

food-related degree or equivalent hands-on experience

strong knowledge of food legislation + industry standards

confident communicator + team player

experience managing people + processes

full uk driving licence

you must be comfortable commuting to our cpu in east acton, london
