HR Assistant - Part Time

Manpower is seeking a motivated individual to join our clients energetic, growing team as an HR Assistant based on site in Abingdon.Your main responsibility will be to manage the recruitment activities together with external recruitment agencies and Hiring Managers across the business. Essentially you will manage all candidate applications and selections, interview scheduling, tracking and feedback through to offer stageReporting to the People and Talent Manager, you will also:Provide administrative supportMaintain records, files and spreadsheets in line with GDPR and the Quality Management SystemAssist with new hire onboarding Your primarily place of work will be at the production facility in Abingdon, but you may also be required to work at the Head Office in Yarnton. Part time working pattern across 4 or 5 days. Hourly pay rate 21.00 - 25.00.This is offered on an initial 3-month contract with the potential to extend or convert to a permanent position.Required Qualifications/Experience:You don''t need to be CIPD qualified but previous experience in a similar role is preferred with an understanding of HR policies and practicesProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)A full UK driving licence and car owner Essential Skills:Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and organisational skillsHave a passion for working with people.
