About the companyI am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Lead Audio Validation and Test Engineer to join their team Job DescriptionAs Lead Audio Validation and Test Engineer, your main responsibilities include:Hands-on testing of automotive infotainment systems, with a strong focus on active NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) technologies at both system and subsystem levels.Taking ownership of test delivery and driving results, through rigorous validation and problem-solving.Plan and execute test programmes for infotainment systems, particularly those involving active NVH technologies.Ensure all testing is aligned with automotive quality standards and specifications.Identify issues and drive improvements in system and subsystem performance.Define and apply testing specifications for new and existing infotainment components.
