The role entails assisting the manager and room leaders in ensuring the safe and smooth running of the nursery. The ideal candidate must be able to follow Little Beans policies and procedures and have a good understanding of the EYFS and the Statutory requirements. As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you would be a key person for a small group of children and must be able to plan activities for them as individuals. As a company we promote continuous professional development and would be happy to support Level 2''s wanting to complete their level 3 qualification.
