The company work across several framework schemes and have recently been awarded new contracts for kitchen and bathroom replacement schemes across the Liverpool region.

As a result, they are looking for Site Managers to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:

• The smooth operational, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
• Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team
• Monitoring the quality of work
• Liaising with the client
• Programming works
• Ordering materials

Experience needed:

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes, particularly kitchen and bathroom schemes.

You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

The salary on offer is -45k (depending on experience) plus car allowance and other benefits
