The Opportunity Yolk Recruitment have partnered with ateb to recruit an experienced housing professional to take a lead role within their Housing Solutions team, supporting customers and leading a team of Housing Coordinators to deliver effective housing and tenancy services.About the roleAs Housing Solutions Team Leader, you''ll lead and support a team of Housing Coordinators, ensuring customers receive a high-quality, responsive service and that the team delivers the right outcomes.A key part of the role will be taking the lead on ASB cases, including managing complex and higher-risk cases, providing advice and guidance to the team and taking appropriate action to resolve issues.
